Make your next birthday celebration truly memorable with a private alpaca party experience at Walnut Creek Alpaca Ranch! Leave the planning stress behind and enjoy a fun-filled event surrounded by lush green trees, sweet alpacas, and a beautiful farm setting
Your party space will be set up in our pasture, complete with picnic tables, serving tables for food and cake, decorative lighting, rustic lanterns, and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite playlist. Tables are dressed with charming blue gingham tablecloths to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The celebration begins with approximately 50 minutes of face-to-face alpaca fun. Guests will learn about our herd, discover each alpaca's unique personality, and enjoy opportunities to hand-feed, and take photos with these gentle animals. It's an interactive experience that guests of all ages will remember long after the party ends.
After the alpaca encounter, you'll have about an hour to relax and celebrate. Enjoy lawn games such as cornhole, plastic axe throwing, and more while taking in the peaceful views of our 8-acre ranch. This is the perfect time for food, cake, music, and making memories with family and friends.
You are responsible for bringing food, beverages, plates, cups, and utensils. We'll take care of everything else—including treats and feed for the alpacas. Some supplies and the photo booth stage can be added for an additional fee.
To help keep our animals safe, we ask that decorations be kept to a minimum. Many common party decorations, such as balloons flying in the wind, can pose a stress and hazard to livestock.
Birthday parties are limited to a total of 35 guests. All events must conclude and be cleaned up by the scheduled end time to accommodate other ranch activities throughout the day. The hosting family may arrive up to 15 minutes before the event begins to welcome guests.
